This workbook helps you set a clear revenue goal, design your offer mix, and map out a plan to hit your number with clarity and confidence.

Important: Before You Begin

✅ Only edit the BLUE cells.
The white cells contain formulas that make the workbook work. Editing them will break the calculations.

Step 1: Plan Your Year and Set Your Revenue Goal (Tab 1)

This step sets the foundation so you know what you need to earn in the time you actually want to work.

  1. Enter your desired annual revenue goal.
This number is the foundation of your plan.

  2. Decide your schedule.
Enter how many weeks you want to work and how many weeks you want off for vacations, retreats, or personal time.

  3. Set your weekly hours.
Input the average number of hours you plan to work each week.

  4. Account for non-billable time.
Adjust the percentage for admin, sales, marketing, and management tasks. Recommendation: Keep this at 50% unless you know your business is significantly different. Most service-based businesses fit this assumption.

  5. Enter your gross margin.
This represents how much of each dollar you keep after expenses. Recommendation: Keep this at 50% unless your business structure is unique.

  6. Review your target hourly rate.
This is the amount you need to target in your pricing models to hit your revenue goals.

Step 2: Create Your Platform of Products (Tab 2)

Design the offers that will make up your business model.

  • Free Offer: Your opt-in or lead magnet that introduces clients to your work (quiz, guide, audit, etc.).

  • Entry-Level Offer: Lower price, lower access. Often a workshop, mini-course, or group session.

  • Mid-Priced Offer: More access and depth, often a group program with some 1:1.

  • High-End Offer: Your premium experience, with the most access to you. Make it exceptional.

What to do:

  • Enter your offers under each category in the blue cells.

  • Add the price point for each category in the blue row at the bottom.

  • Think scalability: Can parts of low- and mid-tier offers be included in the high-end package?

Step 3: Map Your Revenue Plan (Tab 3)

Turn your goals and offers into a practical roadmap.

  1. Your offers and prices from Step 2 will automatically appear here.

  2. In the blue cells, enter the number of units you plan to sell for each offer over the next 12 months.

  3. Check your Total Revenue and compare it to the target from Step 1.

  4. If you’re short, adjust sales quantities, pricing, or even add/modify an offer until your numbers align with your goal.

Pro Tips

  • Use this workbook anytime you’re planning for a new year, quarter, or major offer launch.

  • If you’re below target, tweak scalable offers first or explore ways to make your premium offer more valuable.

  • Use the target hourly rate from Step 1 as a quick check before pricing any new offer.
