Welcome to our final day of Ignite! What a beautiful few days we've shared, filled with new ideas, meaningful conversations, and connections that I hope will continue growing long after we leave this room.
Over the past two days, you've explored your vision, given greater voice to your wisdom and ideas, and considered new possibilities for your business and the impact you're here to create. You've also had the opportunity to learn from women who are making meaningful moves in their own lives and businesses.
Today is about bringing it all together and deciding what you're ready to set in motion.
I invite you to think about the insights you've gained, the possibilities that have opened up, and the relationships you've begun building. Consider what deserves your energy and attention as you look toward 2027, and what you might be ready to do differently.
My hope is that you leave Ignite feeling connected to your vision, confident in the wisdom you bring, and excited about the moves you're ready to make. I can't wait to see where today's conversations take you!

By now, you've spent two days exploring your vision, strengthening your voice, expanding your thinking about visibility, and connecting with women who are creating meaningful change.
Today, we'll bring those insights together and consider what they mean for the way you want to lead your business.
Make the Moves That Matter
As you look toward 2027, you'll have an opportunity to consider where you want to focus your energy, what you're ready to lead, and which opportunities will move you closer to the business and life you envision.
We'll explore how to turn your bigger vision into meaningful priorities, make intentional decisions about where you invest your time and resources, and identify the moves that will have the greatest impact.
Create Space for What Matters
Building a business you love means being intentional about how you lead it. We'll explore how to create more space for the work that matters most, strengthen the support around you, and make choices that allow your business to grow in ways that honor your life and your vision.
You'll consider what you might be ready to simplify, delegate, or approach differently so you can devote more of your energy to the contributions you're here to make.
Bring Your Vision to Life
Throughout Ignite, you've been gathering ideas, insights, and new perspectives. Today, you'll have time to bring them together, identify your priorities, and begin shaping the actions that will carry you forward.
We'll also reflect on the relationships you've built and how you can continue supporting one another as you bring your ideas into the world. Some of the most meaningful opportunities may come through the women you've met over these three days.
As we close Ignite, we'll celebrate what you've discovered, the connections you've made, and the possibilities you're ready to set in motion.
Make the Most of Your Day
As you move through today's sessions, think about what has stayed with you from the past two days. Which ideas have shifted your thinking? What conversations have opened new possibilities? Where do you feel called to make a meaningful move?
Give yourself time to reflect on what you want to carry into 2027, and be intentional about the commitments you make to yourself. You don't need to act on every idea you've gathered. Focus on the ones that will make the greatest difference for your business, your life, and the impact you want to create.
Before you leave, take a few moments to connect with the women you want to stay in touch with. Exchange contact information, make plans to reconnect, and consider how you might continue encouraging and supporting one another.
